I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. it offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Additionally, the rooms had recently been updated, providing a fresh and modern atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel's location was fantastic, as it was close to the shopping center and other amenities, making it convenient for our stay.

Some guests may find it challenging to navigate to the hotel's location due to inadequate signage on the outside of the building.

Close to everything in this pretty tiny community. The hotel is situated close to all the necessary amenities. It's within walking distance to great restaurants, local supermarkets, takeaways, and even bars. The area is clean, and the hotel facilities are decent. The staff was friendly and polite.

The beds were comfortable, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The hotel’s key location close to restaurants and transportation was convenient for exploring the city. the air conditioning was refreshing during the hot summer days.

The coffee and tea facilities were basic and not to the standard we expected. the noise level from the street disturbed our sleep at night.

I had a great stay at the Only Motel in Town. The location was perfect, close to shops and The Tavern for meals. The pool view from my room was nice, despite the pool being a bit dirty. It was the only choice for motel accommodation in Roxby, but it served its purpose.

Location and pool were a great spot to cool off during our city break. the staff were friendly and helpful with the information they provided regarding the area attractions. the rooms were generally of a good size which was a bonus to accommodate all our luggage comfortably.

The room was in dire need of updating and was dirty. the bathroom had minimal bench space and the shower head was positioned very low.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in a small community. The hotel was close to shops, the tavern, and everything else in the area, making it extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were recently updated and had all the basic amenities I needed. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was provided, saving me time and money. it was a value for money experience.
